01

There is no objective - that is the point

Brookhaven is a roleplay sandbox: players spawn houses, take on roles and make their own scenarios rather than following a mission list.

Houses exist for roleplay, socialising and customization, and the plot you choose decides which houses you can place.

Because it is a shared public space, everything you build is visible to whoever else is on the server.

That is why roleplay house types matter so much: laboratories, daycares, castles, abandoned houses, haunted houses, ruins, camps and bunkers all exist as home options.

02

Picking a plot

Standard house plots run from #11 to #32 and #35 to #36, giving 21 spawnable plots in total.

Fifteen of those are free and six are locked behind the Land Unlocked gamepass at 500 Robux - the locked ones are the named scenic plots.

Apartment plots are #6 (free) and #7 (Penthouse, requiring the Penthouse gamepass), both located above the grocery store.

Motel rooms are plots #1 to #5 at Brookhaven Motel near spawn, with 6 rooms including one VIP room and an Agency meeting room.

Estate plots are #33 (North Estate), #34 (South Estate) and #37 (Island Estate), all requiring the Estates Unlocked gamepass at 800 Robux.

03

What the paid plots actually unlock

Land Unlocked covers six named locations: Lake House (#30) at Lake Madison, Lake Side (#28) beside Lake Madison, Eagle View (#31) on the hill, Hidden Valley (#29) under the mountain, Gold Ranch (#32) at the barn and Paradise Island (#36) in the northern ocean.

Estates Unlocked covers three spots: North Estate in Crown Pointe Community, South Estate in Blackhawk Community and Island Estate in the ocean near the Horse Stable.

The Penthouse pass unlocks apartment plot #7, where normal apartments gain an extra floor and become penthouses.

Because house styles number more than 80 on standard plots alone, the paid passes buy locations rather than variety.

The Landmark plot in Blackhawk Community near the airport currently holds the Nuclear Power Plant, and landmark properties cannot lock doors, ban or restrict other players.

04

House controls and what you can customise

The House Controls interface is dynamic: only the controls supported by the selected building appear, so a house without a pool simply will not show a pool option.

Available controls across property types include pool, music, house disasters, security cameras, lock doors, windows, props and the garage door.

The pool control requires Premium at 275 Robux, and houses that already include a pool do not display the option.

Customization covers the house sign, house colour, baby furniture, house fire and limited-time controls.

Because controls are filtered per building, two houses in the same plot category can offer quite different feature sets.

05

Roles people actually play

The house catalogue is built around roleplay scenarios: hospitals, daycares and schools on one side, castles, ruins and bunkers on the other.

Apartments include roleplay options such as music studios, skate and bike shops and artist apartments.

Estates include hotels, military training areas, prisons, fashion studios and a soccer stadium, which is why they attract larger group scenarios.

Motel rooms give compact roleplay spaces near spawn, and the Agency meeting room exists specifically for organised scenes.

Because properties are shared, roleplay etiquette - asking before entering, respecting locked doors - is the actual social system of the game.

06

How to start without spending Robux

Use one of the 15 free standard plots and try different house styles - over 80 exist on standard plots alone, so variety is not gated.

Sweep the roleplay house list to find a theme you like rather than buying a plot for scenery alone.

Once you know which setting suits your roleplay, buy Land Unlocked for the lake, hill, mountain, barn or island plots.

Leave the Penthouse and Estates passes for last, since they unlock locations rather than playstyles.

If your roleplay needs a public venue, remember landmarks cannot be locked or restricted - they are open by design.

07

Controls, cameras and house features

The House Controls panel is dynamic, so only the features a building supports will appear - a house without pool support simply shows no pool option.

Available controls across property types include pool, music, house disasters, security cameras, lock doors, windows, props controls and garage door.

The pool control requires Premium at 275 Robux, and the house itself does not need to be premium for the option to work.

Customization covers the house sign, house colour, baby furniture, house fire and limited-time controls.

Because control availability differs by housing type - houses, motel rooms, apartments, landmarks and estates each filter differently - two similar properties can play very differently.

Landmarks such as the Nuclear Power Plant cannot lock doors, ban or restrict players at all, which makes them open venues rather than private homes.
