01

Every current way to earn diamonds

Diamonds are the currency of Royale High and are used to buy accessories, skirts, shoes, wings, mermaid tails and potions, furniture and food.

Reliable repeatable sources include completing Diary Planner quests, participating in classes on Campus 1, 2, 3 and 4, and collecting diamond spawns in the various realms.

The town wheel and the fountain are both gambles that can pay diamonds or another reward depending on the outcome.

The social routes pay too: winning Supreme Royalty at the Campus 2 Royale Ball, winning king or queen or doing limbo at the Campus 1 Royale ball, dancing with others at the Campus 2 Royale Ball, and participating in the Royale Universe Pageant on Sunset Island.

Finding chests containing diamonds is another source, and the card matching minigame exists partly to work around Roblox's 20-minute timeout limit and auto-clickers.

02

Levelling and trading

Levelling up is one of the cleanest payouts in the game: it now grants 1,900 diamonds per level.

Trading is another route, available at the Intergalactic Trading Hub, Luna Lagoon and Global Player Realms.

Buying diamonds directly with Robux is done through the currency shop, found above the right-hand side menu or by tapping the diamonds icon - the shop is called the Diamond Galleria, hosted by Gemma.

Diamonds have also been handed out as event rewards, usually from designer homestores, chests or diamond eggs.

03

The multiplier gamepasses and why they are gone

Diamond multipliers were Robux purchases that increased the value of collectible diamonds from realms and from levelling up.

The 2x Diamonds Multiplier cost 749 Robux: it raised the levelling bonus to 600 diamonds and boosted collectible diamond values to +2, +10, +20 and +40.

The 4x Diamonds Multiplier cost 1,649 Robux: it raised the levelling bonus to 1,200 and collectible values to +4, +20, +40 and +80.

Owning both pushed the levelling bonus to 1,800 diamonds and collectible values to +6, +30, +60 and +120 - but the passes never increased the yield from any other earning method.

On January 16, 2026 RoyaleHighValks announced the Multiplier gamepasses and subscriptions were being retired to rebalance the in-game economy, and from February 17, 2026 owners received a unique halo reward, a badge and a sum of diamonds higher than the original Robux cost.

04

Event diamonds and what they show about the economy

Royale High has repeatedly introduced temporary diamond sources during events rather than only permanent ones.

Halloween 2018 had Apple Bobbing at +3 per apple and a Pumpkin Contest paying 2,000 diamonds per win.

New Years 2019 ran Diamond Quests from Closet Skeleton, Ironclaw33, Sukimeki, Ice7 and Callmehbob worth 400 each, and St. Patrick's 2019 had End of the Rainbow coins at +10 each.

Easter 2019 homestore egg hunt rewards ranged from 350 to 2,500, Halloween 2019 chests paid 500 or 1,250 with 3,000 for completing the Super Hard Maze, and Halloween 2020 pushed that to 5,000 for the Extremely Hard Maze.

Christmas 2020 handed out Advent Gifts on days 7, 14, 18 and 22, and Glitterfrost 2025 returned with chests in the Glitterfrost Treasure Hunt - so checking the current event is always worth doing.

05

A practical diamond routine

Stack the deterministic sources first: levelling gives a flat 1,900 per level, so anything that grants experience is also a diamond strategy.

Do the Diary Planner quests and attend classes on a schedule, since both are repeatable without depending on luck.

Sweep realm diamond spawns and chests while doing those activities rather than as a separate trip.

Treat the wheel, fountain and ball events as bonuses on top of that base, not as your main plan - their outcomes vary by design.

Remember the old multiplier maths when comparing accounts: a player who owned both passes earned 1,800 diamonds per level, and that gap is why the system was retired rather than adjusted.

06

Diamond shapes, shops and where they are spent

Diamonds have appeared in many shapes over the years - classic, spider, star, egg, snowflake, heart and scallop shell among them - with some shapes tied to specific realms.

The currency shop is called the Diamond Galleria and is hosted by Gemma, who farms the diamonds players purchase.

From May 8, 2020 to February 17, 2026 a different set of purchase rates was used, with Star Codes available for Roblox Video Stars who made Royale High videos.

Before May 8, 2020, an earlier shop with entirely different rates was in use, so older guides quote prices that no longer match anything.

Spending follows the same breadth as earning: diamonds buy accessories, skirts, shoes, wings, mermaid tails and potions, furniture and food, and before Fantasia Getaway Resort was removed on August 9, 2023 they could also rent a temporary room.
